Premier Dad Shies Away From Brothel Questions
There's talk that MGM is eyeing the Big Smoke to set up a Big Entertainment complexe, that not only includes a casino, but hotels and shopping. Even the Bunny Ranch wants to set up a legal brothel.
But the premier is stepping away from the issue.
With a sheepish grin and a pink face, Dalton McGuinty lived up to his father-like image when asked about the Bunny Ranch looking to set up shop in Toronto, asking for an explanation about what it is.
"We're not going there," McGuinty said after a few laughs.
Quickly changing gears, the premier says he hasn't spoken with another slightly different entertainment complexe force - MGM - about coming to the GTA.
McGuinty continued to underline he will let the cities themselves decide if they want to move forward with casinos or gaming complexes.
He made the comments while touring the Kobo Inc. offices in Liberty Village.
