A 17-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after an apparent stabbing in the city's west end.

The incident happened Friday, just after 1:30 p.m. on Bellevue Crescent near Weston and Lawrence.

Police say the boy was attacked by a crowd of 4 teenagers, and stabbed in the stomach.

EMS officials say the boy suffered serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Cops aren't aware if any arrests have been made.
