AUDIO: Olympic Host Says Pan-Am Games Are Behind Schedule
The host of CTV's Olympic coverage wonders whether the Pan-Am Games in Toronto will be ready on time.
During the Moore in the Morning show Tuesday, Brian Williams suggested the Pan-Am games lack the lustre they once had when they served as qualifiers for the Olympics.
He also suggested to Moore that he thinks they are behind schedule and have a lot of work to do.
The city hosted celebrations Tuesday, commemorating three years until the opening of the 2015 Pan-Am Games.
Williams noted that because the 2015 games are being held in Toronto, they will seem bigger than they usually do, but admitted they have 'problems.'
He didn't expand on what kind of problems he was referring to, and neither the Mayor, or Pan-Am Games Organizer's have responded to the accusations.
