An arrest has been made in connection to two break-ins near York University.

It was last Thursday when a man allegedly leapt from roof to roof in the village of townhomes just south of the campus.

The suspect let himself into a woman's bedroom and when she woke up, she screamed and the man ran off.

A 22 year old man has been charged with two separate break-ins in that area, and in one of them, a victim was sexually assaulted.

Kevin Guzman has been charged with two counts of break and enter, sexual assault and possession of property obtained by crime. He has a court appearance on Wednesday.
