City workers say they found no evidence that concrete fell from the Gardiner Expressway at the TTC's Humber Loop near the Queensway and Park Lawn.

This morning, the TTC issued an advisory at 6:50 Friday morning saying pedestrian traffic had been suspended in a walkway under the Gardiner because of falling concrete.

But when city workers attended to get a look, they found no evidence of debris.

The walkway was reopened just before 8:30 am.  Streetcar and vehicular traffic was not affected.
