York Regional Police have arrested and charged a man with prostitution offences after finding a 16 year-old girl working as a hooker at a North York Spa.

CTV News has identified the spa as Blue Pearl Spa which is north of Yorkdale Mall on Dufferin.

The 43 year-old man has been charged with procuring a person to become a prostitute and living off the avails of a juvenile prostitute.

Police were acting on a tip and found the 16 year-old in the spa and confirmed her age and that she was working as a prostitute.

Police think there could be more victims.
