VIDEO: Police Investigating Man Urinating on Homeless Person

You can find no shortage of strange and disgusting video posted online but this is just plain cruel:

Shocking footage of a homeless man being peed on as he lies passed out in front of the Eaton Centre.

The video (below) lasts 27 seconds and shows a man walking up to a homeless man who is lying on the sidewalk before deliberately peeing on homeless person's head.

You can hear a group of people behind the camera laughing.

Toronto Police are investigating and trying to track down the person that uploaded the video that was posted online sometime between November 17th and December 1st, 2011.

The suspect in this case is described as a black man 18-25 years old, with an average height and build with black hair tied back.

Authorities say urinating on someone is considered assault.

    Please read the comments for this video before judging. Most comments are written by blacks and it is very good to see most black that left comments feel bad for the homeless!!!!!! for the punk that pissed on the homeless, you are no gangster, you are no warrior, you are no thug, and you are not even a human. i dont know if Karma will get to you but you dont deserve anything in life. idiots like this are the reason this city cannot move ahead!!!!

    BTW i am not black. I know so many successful blacks and i am proud of them but these losers need to be punished!!!

    This kind of psycopathic behaviour is incited by certain media that always casts aspersions on the poor and most vulnerable. Sometimes the result of incitement is even worse, as in the case of Anders Breivik...Time to hold the media to account for inciting such hate filled elitist acts of perversion.....Sickos.

      @Sickos How exactly is the media to blame for this? This is yet another example of the utter lack of respect engrained in our youth. Where their biggest concern is getting their heinous acts posted on the internet. And really, what can be done even if he is found? You think he's going to jail? What punishment could possibly reverse the programming in this idiot that made him think it's actually OK to urinate on another human being? The media is not to blame. The blam lies squarely with whomever "raised" this scum and the toothless system set up to deal with him.

    The act itself shows the boy is inconsiderate of others. What is worse is that there are people around who were laughing. They should have stopped the boy from this hideous inconsiderate degrading action. Is this an indication of a mature Canadian society? Or is it an indication of a passive Canadian society going downhill?
