Toronto police are looking for a mother and her daughter in what's being referred to as a parental abduction case.

Investigators allege 31-year-old Veasna Heng fled with her 12-year-old daughter Dystani Heng during a parental visit in the Jane and Finch area on July 16th.

The mother is described as 5'5", 100 lbs and her daughter is 4'10", 90 lbs.  They are pictured above.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
