But the minor is question was actually a police investigator posing as a 15-year-old male.

42-year-old Kris Allen Gowdy is alleged to have used the profile name "collegetoy2033" on social media sites.  Investigators met the suspect at a prearranged location. After he was taken into custody, police found out he is a youth pastor with the Free Methodist Church in Courtice.

He has been charged with Luring a Child Via Computer and Attempted Aggravated Sexual Assault.

Both Durham Regional Police and the OPP Internet Child Exploitation unit are involved in the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Randy Norton of the Major Crime Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit – Internet Child Exploitation Unit at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5363 or Crime Stoppers.

We need to isolate carriers of HIV from the general population to curb the spread of the disease. Even if that means setting up walled communities in isolated parts of the country where they can live, work, and enjoy the same basic freedoms as other Canadians, but never ever leave.

@Richard Collins "...enjoy the same basic freedoms as other Canadians...", yes and one of those freedoms is to live anywhere in the country. By your logic, why not just throw HIV+ individuals in prison simply for having the disease, that way they can't go anywhere but they can make licence plates for 10c/hr.
