Investigators are on the scene in Lake of Bays, in the Huntsville area.

A person died there on Saturday afternoon while doing renovations to the roof of a cottage.

Police say a group of people were working on the project when the roof caved in around 3:00pm.

No details about the victim have been released.

OPP are investigating.
