Bag of 'suspicious' remains found in Scarborough
A gray plastic bag of rotting flesh has been found in a wooded area in Scarborough's West Highland Creek, not far from where remains were found on Saturday.
Toronto Police admit they are not sure what the remains are but they have found it suspicious enough to call in the coroner to examine it.
The package was found by a Toronto Star photographer on Sunday.
Police have closed off the area near the Tam O'Shanter golf course and have set up a command post.
It is not clear whether either of these finds are linked to the severed body parts investigation in Mississauga.
