An explosion at a Venezuelan oil refinery has killed at least 19 people and injured at least 53.
   
Video posted on the Internet shows a ball of fire in the night sky over the refinery.
   
Venezuela's oil minister says the blast happened early this morning when a gas leak created a cloud that ignited.

The Amuay refinery in western Venezuela processes about 650,000 barrels of oil a day.
