TomorrowsGasPriceToday.com says prices will jump by 3.4 cents a litre tonight. Gas will cost 132.8/litre. Dan McTeague says the market is factoring in potential disruption from Tropical Storm Isaac, as well as the problems in Venezuela where an oil refinery continues to burn following the weekend's explosion.
