Posted By: Michelle Rosa · 9/4/2012 8:05:00 AM

Police in Scarborough are searching for the person(s) who decided to vandalise at least 16 bus shelters early Tuesday morning.

The first call came in shortly after midnight on Sheppard Avenue near McCowan. The glass of the shelter had been smashed. That continued along Sheppard Ave. moving eastbound with 15 shelters being vandalized. Another bus shelter was also damaged on McCowan Rd.

Further to that, Durham police say they have 8 bus shelters with their glass shattered on Kingston Road between Meadowvale and McCowan.

Police say there's no information on suspects right now.
