Police Urge Sex Assault Suspect to Surrender
Toronto Police are urging a man wanted in three separate sex assaults to turn himself in.
Police say 34-year-old Thomas Reardon is wanted in the incidents that took place in the downtown core.
It is alleged that on Thursday, August 23, at 2 p.m., a man approached an 18-year-old woman in the Yonge Street and Wellesley Street West area. Police say he befriended the woman before taking her back to a nearby apartment where she was sexually assaulted.
On Friday, August 24, 2012, at 3 a.m., police say the man approached a 40-year-old woman in the Dundas Street East and Parliament Street area. The woman was taken to the back of a commercial building where she was sexually assaulted.
On Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at 2 a.m.,police say the man approached a 26-year-old woman in the Yonge Street and Gloucester Street area. That woman was taken to a nearby apartment building where she was sexually assaulted.
The suspect is described as white, 5'9", 190 lbs, blond mohawk style hair with blue eyes. Police say he is known to ride a bicycle.
They believe there may be other victims and are asking anyone with information to contact them.
