McGuinty Weighs in on Quebec Election

Posted By: Katie Franzios · 9/4/2012 12:49:00 PM

The Premier of Ontario says he's not going to try and predict what will happen in today's provincial election in Quebec. Dalton McGuinty underlines whatever voters choose will be best for that province.

The Liberal Premier has expressed his support for the head of the Quebec Liberals current Premier Jean Charest.

McGuinty says whomever wins, he will try and work together with them given Ontario and Quebec aren't that much different when it comes to the fundamentals: healthcare, the economy and education.

He says he will extend a hand of friendship to the new Quebec Premier.

"Whatever voters choose will be best for that province." Not necessarily true. Voters have chosen McGuinty several times now, and he has run this province into a giant financial hole in the ground. Quebec's only hope is the fresh blood in the Coalition, with their progressive stance on unions and lack of seperatist propaganda.

McGuinty is correct; ON and QC are similar....both incredibly mismanaged, both HAVE NOT provinces, both fiscally irresponsible, both run by premiers whom are well past their BEST BY date, both with a socialist agenda that is going down the garden path to fiscal ruin......
