Mississauga's mayor is facing her own legal troubles.

Mayor Hazel McCallion will not get the chance to testify at her conflict of interest case.

A judge ruled today that her issue would be a document based trial, rather than one with witnesses and cross examinations, like the one Rob Ford is facing.

This case alleges that back in 2007, the Mississauga Mayor introduced and voted on a motion on development charges. Charges that could have saved her son's company millions and millions of dollars.
