Omar Khadr may be making his re-entry into Canada before Christmas.
According to a report by The Huffington Post, the man who was convicted of killing a US Serviceman in Afghanistan nearly 10 years ago is expected to be back on Canadian soil by November.
Khadr was 15 when he threw a grenade in the direction of several US soldiers, killing a medic.
He was initially sentenced to 40-years in prison, but through a plea deal that sentence was shortened to 8-years with an agreement to send Khadr back to Canada.
