OPP confirm 1 man is dead after being crushed by a forklift in Caledon.

It happened near Simpson Rd & Marconi Ct Thursday afternoon.

OPP Constable Brenda Evans couldn't say whether the forklift was being used just before it toppled over.

She couldn't say either if the man killed was a construction worker, though the Ministry of Labour is on scene.
