Bookworms gather for Word On The Street
The Word on the Street book festival takes over Queen's Park today.
The event will highlight Canadian literature and feature numerous talks, including a discussion on sustainability between environmentalist David Suzuki and former bank economist Jeff Rubin.
About 250 Canadian writers will be taking part and more than 200,000 people are expected to show up.
Queen’s Park/Queen’s Park Crescent will be closed in both directions from Bloor Street to College Street from until 11:59 p.m. Sunday for this event.
