HIV Positive Toronto Man Wanted on Canada Wide Warrant

Posted By: Dave Bradley · 10/3/2012 11:45:00 AM

There's a Canada wide warrant out for the arrest of a 43 year old Toronto man,  wanted for allegedly having sex with women, without telling them he was HIV positive.

Police first put out the call looking for George Flowers, back on August 13th, and since then four more women have come forward.

Cops say that between 1996 and 2012, a span of 16 years, Flowers allegedly had unprotected sex with woman, after meeting them at various entertainment venues.

They say he never told them he was HIV positive.

Flowers also goes by the name 'Mr. Flowas' and is wanted for 11 counts of aggravated sexual assault.

Police think there could be more victims out there.

Anyone who may have met up with Flowers, is advised to call a doctor, and then call police.

Take a look at this man. Who would ever believe that there are so many women desperately in need of sex from him regardless of his situation. Unprotected to boot. Has society degraded so much?

And yet the Supreme Cort of Canada will rule in less then 48 hrs (Friday Oct 5th) on the very issue of what is an HIV crime. Seems to me that the police and lawyers simply wanted to shame this person and have jumped the gun. This is pure sensationalism

We need to seriously consider isolating people with HIV from the rest of society. It's just a matter of effectively detecting and quarantining them so that the disease cannot spread.
