A guy's been busted for filming up women's skirts at Sheppard Station.

Police say he would stand behind women on the escalator going up from the subway platform.  He'd hold a rolled up newspaper with a camera phone inside up their skirts & shoot video.

When he was done, he'd go back down to the subway platform to wait for another train.

Someone else riding the TTC caught the guy in the act & with another person's help held on to him until police showed up.

Jonghun Shin is charged with voyeurism & assault.
