Peel police investigating two shootings
Peel police are busy this Thanksgiving morning investigating two separate shootings.
One happened in Mississauga on Credit Valley Rd near the hospital, at about 5:30 a.m. Monday.
Const Thomas Ruttan says two men were robbed. One of them was shot and is now in hospital in stable condition.
He says the suspect was wearing a ski mask and got away in a red vehicle.
Another shooting happened during a fight in a Brampton club early Monday morning on Gateway Blvd near Queen St.
Two bouncers were injured. One of them was shot, the other was hit with a beer bottle. Both are okay and have already been released from hospital .
The suspect got away and police are now looking for a white Acura and silver Nissan Altima. The suspect is described as male, black, about 25 years old, about 5'8".
