Toronto Police need your help to find a missing man with the mental capacity of a 4-7-year-old.

23-year-old Rick Hazzard has autism. He was last seen Friday afternoon near Jane St & Eglinton Ave W.

He's black, standing 5'10 with a thin build, short black hair & brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a grey jacket, light-coloured pants, a black backpack & blue & white runners.

Rick is known to go for walks, sticking mostly to busy streets.  Police say he also tends to hang out on TTC buses & bus stops.  Rick will also often reach out to touch people's hands.
