Police have arrested and charged a 42 year old man in two separate sex assaults that took place on Monday.

A 27 year old woman was approached by a man on a bicycle and was sexually assaulted near Sheppard Avenue East and Washburn Way.

Then, about three hours later, a man on a bicycle sexually assaulted a 17 year old woman from behind before taking off.

Police charged Andrew Johnson of no fixed address, is charged with two countso f sex assault and one count of failing to comply with his probation.

He has a court appearance on Tuesday morning at 10:00.
