Husbands Sentenced to a Year in Jail for Sexual Assault

A year in jail for Christopher Husbands.
He's the man charged in the Eaton Centre shooting, but Tuesday's sentence is for an earlier sexual assault.
Along with a year behind bars, Husbands will serve two years probation.
The 23 year old Husbands was out on bail when shots were fired in the busy food court of the Eaton Centre in early June.
The judge in Tuesday's case called Husbands an articulate and thoughtful individual.
Earlier this month, Husbands was found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s.
That incident happened in November of 2010.
Husbands is still up on two counts of first degree murder and five counts of attempted murder.
