Severe Weather Could Wash Out Halloween
Looks like the GTA is in for a weather pounding into the early part of next week.
According to Environment Canada, what's left of hurricane Sandy is expected to pass over Ontario, as a large and potentially powerful post tropical storm.
Forecasters say there is potential for significant rainfall beginning Monday night and continuing through Tuesday, and maybe even into Halloween.
To make matters worse, the heavy rain will be joined by strong and gusty winds.
We could even see some wet snow fall, especially over higher ground.
But Environment Canada says there's still lots of uncertainty when it comes to the track of this storm.
