NDP Writes to OPA CEO
The province's NDP are looking to speak with the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) to find out its side of the story when it comes to the Oakville and Mississauga gas plant cancellations.
NDP Energy Critic Peter Tabuns has sent a letter to OPA CEO Colin Andersen asking to meet with his party to discuss what happened in negotiations with Mississauga Plant developers Greenfeild Power and Oakville developers Trans Canada.
Tabuns says just because the legislature is prorogued, doesn't mean work can't be done.
He says he plans on keeping the Progressive Conservatives in the loop in regards to any information he gets.
