Police have released the name of the 28 year old man who was killed in Scarborough Sunday afternoon.

The body of Jay Bennie Yabut was found in a home on Military Trail, near Morningside and Ellesmere shortly after 1 p.m.

Police say the responded to a shooting call, and his body was found in the garage.

It's reported that two men were seen running from the home. The only description of them, is that they were wearing dark clothing.

An autopsy will be conducted on Yabut's body will be conducted on Monday.
