*UPDATE* Travel and Power Slowly Returning to Normal
Toronto Hydro has restored power to all but 10 thousand customers around the city.
Officials targeted the large outages first, and now it's going to be the smaller outages (One or two customers).
At the peak 60 thousand people were in the dark.
Officials say it could be Wednesday or even Thursday for a full restoration.
Hydro One says 90 thousand customers are still without power across the province.
When it comes to travelling, Porter Airlines says it's business as usual for most destinations from the Billy Bishop Island Airport.
However, flights in and out of Newark, Boston and Washington will remain cancelled until at least Wednesday.
It could be even longer for Newark.
