'Gangnam Style' star caught in Toronto smoking snafu
It seems Korean rapper Psy is the latest celebrity to run afoul of Toronto's rules on smoking in public.
TMZ has posted a photo of the YouTube sensation that shows him mid-drag on a cigarette, standing right in front of a No-Smoking sign while thumbing at his smartphone.
The picture was apparently taken outside of the downtown Toronto nightclub where Psy performed earlier this week.
Last year, actor Charlie Sheen was threatened with a $100,000 fine for smoking on a Toronto stage.
More recently, comedian (and smoker) Dave Chapelle stopped by Toronto City Hall to ask mayor Rob Ford what's allowed and what isn't when it comes to lighting up.
Smoking is banned at the city's bars and restaurants unless it is done in an open space.
