There was a suspect apprehended from my building this morning around 9AM on Wilson Ave near Jane st. According to a reporter there from CityNews, there was a double stabbing on Bathurst and the suspect had called and turned himself in. It was quite a scare to see so many police cars and a news van in my little building, especially since I just came from there to walk my little boy to school, so we could have easily passed each other in the lobby. My heart goes out to the victims and I do hope the two recover well. I'm at least a little relieved that the attacker is apprehended and where he should be right now, but shaken up that it wasn't just close to home, it was also IN my home this time.
