Another Toronto man is facing charges in the theft of
poppy donation boxes.

Nicholas Moorhouse, 34 was arrested last night and charged with
stealing three poppy boxes from Tim Horton's restaurants in the
downtown area.

Police say he had one of the Canadian Legion donation boxes on
him when he was arrested and that it contained about 50 dollars.

They say Moorhouse  was identified through video surveillance
footage.

Earlier this week, another Toronto man - 31 year old Christopher
Ethier - was charged with stealing poppy boxes from three different
locations in the city.

And in Leamington in southwestern Ontario, 29-year-old Matthew
