There has been another sex assault on Toronto streets.

The Sex Crimes unit confirms a teenage girl was sexually assaulted by a man in the Broadview and Browning Avenue area. It's just north of Danforth Avenue.

It was after 9 p.m. 

a 16-year-old girl was walking in the Broadview Avenue/Mortimer Avenue area when a man, looking at the ground, asked her for a light

- as the girl approached the man, he pulled her into a nearby laneway, threatened her with a knife, and sexually assaulted her

- he was last seen, on foot, southbound on Broadview Avenue

The suspect is described as white, approximately 40, 6'-6'1" and had facial stubble. He was wearing dark, baggy sweatpants, a button-up type shirt and a dark jacket.
