The noon-hour seems to be the busiest time of day for parking enforcement officers. The Toronto Star reports that the time of day when most parking tickets are handed out in Toronto is between noon and 1 p.m.

Fewest tickets, meanwhile, are handed out between 5 and 6 a.m., and on Sundays.

The Star reports that some of the spots where the most tickets are handed out include Sunnybrook Hospital, Centennial College, U of T's Scaroborough Campus, and the LCBO on Queens Quay.
