Toronto police are searching for the driver of a vehicle after a 42-year-old man was struck and killed near Midland and Finch Tuesday evening.

It happened just before 5:30 p.m when the man walked into an unmarked intersection at Kilcullen Castle Gate near McNicoll Ave and was hit first by a vehicle in the Northbound lanes.

The man was thrown into the Southbound lanes where he was hit by a second car. 

The first driver did stay at the scene, but the second driver left the scene.

There is no description of the suspect vehicle at this time and Traffic Services Constable Clint Stibbe says its too early to tell if charges will be laid in this case.
