Another person has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting on Danzig Street back in July.

Toronto Police say a 16 year old was arrested and charged with four counts, including possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, unauthorized possession of a restricted weapon, use firearm to commit indictable offence and threatening death.

Because of his age, the suspects name won't be released.

He becomes the 4th person charged in connection with the fatal shooting that happened at a community BBQ back in July.

Shyanne Charles and Joshua Yasay were both killed and 23 others were injured when bullets ripped through the crowd.

Police have blamed it on two rival gangs settling a score.

One person is already in custody, facing first degree murder charges, while two others are facing second degree murder
