Tobogganer cut by broken glass on east-end hill
A popular tobogganing hill in Toronto's east end is shut down after a trail of broken glass was found under the snow.
Earlier this week, City crews were called to Greenwood Park, on Dundas Street East near Jones Avenue, on reports that a father had been injured while taking a ride down the hill with his child.
A jagged shard of glass said to measure 25 centimetres cut a gash in the man's leg.
The glass was cleared away and now Toronto Police are investigating, trying to determine if the glass was put there intentionally.
Officials expect the park will re-open on Monday.
