Accused Colorado theatre shooter back in court

A preliminary hearing is due to begin Monday for James Holmes, the suspect in last July's massacre in a suburban Denver theatre.
Holmes hasn't entered a plea to charges of killing 12 people and wounding 70.
The hearing will be the first public disclosure of the prosecution's evidence.
When the hearing is over, the judge will decide whether to send the case to trial.
