Celeb chef Jonathan Gushue found

Ontario celebrity Chef Jonathan Gushue has been found

Waterloo Regional Police say the chef of Cambridge's Langdon Hall has been tracked down outside of the province.  Olaf Heinzel with WRP says the family has asked that his exact whereabouts not be shared.

Police say they are no longer concerned for his well being.

Heinzel says Gushue didn't reach out to friends or family, he was found through police investigation.

Gushue stayed at the Toronto's Park Hyatt from December 29th-31st but never showed up for dinner service at Langdon Hall on New Year's Eve.

Gushue hadn't been in contact with his wife or 3 young kids since December 29th.

Gushue has disappeared for days at a time before & has been known to use the alias Jonathan Herder.

    Glad he's well . Now shouldn't we know what he got up to, after all many dollars, hours, etc were spent locating this fellow. My 2 cents....but again, very pleased he is well and safe.

    The story behind his disappearance is of no consequence. All that matters is that he is safe.

    what a nightmare for his wife and family. I am glad to hear that he is safe and sound but unless there is some sort of medical issue he needs "his butt kicked to the curb". Just sayin'

      @Elizabeth Wait wait, what? Do you know this person? Do you know his family? Do you know the circumstances surrounding this entire situation? No? Then shut up and mind your own business. What he needs, and what is family needs, is up to him and his family, not a bunch of assholes on the internet. Although I would hazard a guess that "relationship advice from a total stranger" is not going to be on the list of things they need. Seriously.

    Wouldn't it be the right thing to do for this gentleman to publicly thank those who a:) searched for him ...b) prayed for his safe return and c) filled in for him at his hotel as, reportedly, he left them hanging?

    Would be the good and honourable thing to do, would it not?
