OPP partner with LCBO in Amber Alert program
OPP say a new Amber Alert program partnership with the Liquor
Control Board of Ontario will help police find abducted children.
LCBO terminals will alert customers that an Amber Alert is in
progress.
With more than 600 LCBO stores in Ontario, police say Amber
Alert notifications will reach a lot more people.
The OPP say the more police can broaden their audience, the
better their chances of finding abducted kids.
