A stolen transport trailer loaded with dangerous chemicals has been recovered.

The trailer with Nova Scotia plates was carrying sulphuric acid, sodium hydroxide & potassium hydroxide when it was taken from a Mississauga trucking compound Friday.

Peel Police Constable Thomas Ruttan says a member of the public spotted the
& trucked & called them.  Police tracked it down Saturday morning.

Ruttan says the corrosive chemicals were still in the trailer.

There's no word on any suspects.
