Darwin the monkey's owner back in court
She calls herself "Monkey Mom" and Thursday, Yasmin Nakhuda will resume her fight to get Darwin the monkey back in her possession.
In December, a judge ruled that the monkey would stay at a primate sanctuary for the time being. An Oshawa judge will hear arguments Thursday about where Darwin should live until the case is finished.
Darwin became famous after he was spotted running around in an Ikea parking lot, wearing a shearing coat.
Nakhuda has taken her fight to social media as well, posting videos and photos of Darwin on YouTube and Facebook. They show him playing at her office, drinking from a baby bottle and splashing around in a bathtub.
