Judge to decide where Ikea Monkey waits out custody battle
A judge in Oshawa will rule Friday on where Darwin the well-dressed monkey will live until a court determines who gets permanent custody.
The young monkey was found roaming around an Ikea parking lot in North York, wearing a small shearling coat.
The woman who refers to herself as Darwin's mom wants him to live with her.
The monkey is currently at a primate sanctuary, which alleges that Darwin had been mistreated.
