York Regional Police are confirming now. they have a case of murder on their hands.

They were called out to a Richmond Hill condo complex on Yonge St, north of Elgin Mills just before 2am Saturday.

When they arrived, they found a woman's lifeless body.  A man at the scene has been charged with murder.

Police haven't said how the woman was killed or what ties the victim & suspect have to each other.  Police actually say they're still working to ID them.
