A warrant for first degree murder has been issued in the November death of a 78 year old woman in the Wynford Drive and Eglinton Avenue East area.

Police are now looking for 46 year old Fernando De Castro from the Philippines.

Police claim De Castro and his wife Melpa arrived in Canada in 2007 and began working as house cleaners.

He allegedly also worked as a health care provider for elderly clients.

Cops say the victim hired the couple and became well known to them.

78 year old Manijeh Bostani-Khamsi was found in an apartment on November 17th, with obvious signs of trauma.

Officers now say that De Castro and his wife fled Canada on November 20th and are believed to be in the Philippines.
