Fatal Fire in Beaverton Probed
The bodies of two people have been found during the investigation of a house fire south of Beaverton.
Durham Regional Police have called in the homicide squad to probe the case, but have very few answers at this point.
Fire crews were called to the home on the 2nd Concession in Brock Township, early Sunday morning.
The home was destroyed, and the Fire Marshall's Office has been called to try and determine the cause.
Family members of Jerry and Eve Cudahy held a vigil along the road near the burnt home, on Monday.
Police haven't confirmed if they are the bodies found in the rubble.
