A report going to the TTC on February 25th recommends no changes to the stroller policy.

The issue came up after a complaint a few weeks ago - whether the number of strollers on a bus or streetcar should be limited, or whether there should be an extra fare.

Staff have looked into it and reject both suggestions.

The report says that strollers are occupied by children who have either paid or are exempt from a fare, and so the case for carrying strollers is stronger than for luggage or backpacks.
