After being closed most of the day, all lanes of Hwy 401 are now open between Cobourg & Grafton.

Both sides of the highway were closed around 10:30am after a trailer came loose from the cab hauling it.  The trailer rolled over the median & hit a car.

OPP say the drivers of both the truck & car were hurt but are expected to survive.
