Police have charged a 24 year old man with first degree murder in the shooting death of a man in January of 2009.

It was back on January 3rd of 2009, that police were called to an address on Milvan Drive in the Finch and Weston Road area.

That's where the body of 36 year old Johnny Gewarges Youkhana was found bleeding from gunshot wounds. He later died of his injuries.

Toronto cops charged Ali Raza with first degree murder, after arresting him without incident at Pearson International Airport.

He's been wanted since the shooting happened and officers believed he'd ran off to Pakistan.

Two others were arrested back in 2009, allegedly connected to the crime.

20 year old Anderson Nop from Toronto was arrested back on January 11th, 2009, and 22 year old Augusto Charlery from Toronto, was picked up on February 11th, 2009.

Both have also been charged with first degree murder.
